Sleep-In-Your-Own-Bed Winter Quilt Retreat, but leave all of your supplies at the center! All quilters are invited.

“Quilt Retreat Fundraiser for IWU Adult Scholarship Fund”

WHERE:  Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) Kokomo Education Center, 1916 East Markland Avenue, Kokomo, IN 46901

WHEN:  Friday, January 17 & Saturday, January 18, 2020  |  10:00 am – 6:00 pm  |  Registration:  9:00 am

WHO:  All quilters are invited, KPQG members & non-members!

COST:  $40.00 per guest includes both days. You may pay with cash or check during registration time on the event day.

REGISTRATION:  Please sign up at the KPQG December 10, 2019 meeting or call Julie Huval at 765.868.7305 (IWU Office)

ACTIVITIES:

• • FRIDAY:  5″ square fabric exchange (Example: bring 3 to trade and take 3 home. You may bring as many as you would like to trade). You are not required to participate.
  • SATURDAY:  White elephant notion exchange (Bring a wrapped notion to exchange, old, new, antique, odd, make us guess what it is. We will pick one at a time and you can keep or steal from anyone who has already picked a gift!) Lots of fun, but you are not required to participate.
  • EACH DAY a potluck carry-in. You are welcome to participate or bring your own lunch or leave for lunch. Friday is soup day and Saturday is casserole/side dish day. IWU will furnish coffee, bottled water and tableware. There will be a potluck carry-in sign-up sheet at the Tuesday, December 10, 2019,  KPQG meeting.
  • DOOR PRIZE for each guest.
