Mary Beth Simms is a native of Columbus, IN, and currently lives in Brown county, IN, during the spring through the fall and she winters in Hollywood, FL. They say she is living the dream, but the dream is all about quilts and fabric.
She graduated high school and her brilliant mother sent her to St. Mary-of-the-Woods College where she earned a degree in Studio Art with her concentration in fibers. Her love of fabric and fiber started as a child. Mary Beth has quilted with her two best friends, her mother and aunt, since 1998. She is the owner of The Yellow Door Quilt Store, Nashville, IN.
