NEW! We are including in the day’s workshop/open sew a 1 – 2 hour learning experience program*. For January, the learning experience is More Fusible Stabilizer Techniques including application of stabilizer and sewing 1/4″ seams presented by KPQG member Liz Dunham. If you wish to learn how to do the techniques, you need to bring:
- about 1 yard of a light/medium weight iron-on stabilizer
- cut 50 or more 2.5″ x 2.5″ pieces
- coordinated thread
- tools: rotary cutter, ruler, marking tool, and basic sewing supplies
- sewing machine
- tools available on site to share: iron and ironing board and cutting mat — you may bring your own, if desired
*You are not required to participate in the learning experience. You may bring your own work in progress, ask for help with a quilting problem, etc.
NEW! To assist with room rental, a $5.00 fee is required to be paid on the day of attendance.
Please Contact Us if you have any questions.
The learning program at the Saturday event is an excellent idea!
