Members & Non-members Welcome: There is a $5.00 fee for the day to assist with room rental.
Open-Sew: Bring your sewing machine and supplies to enjoy a day of quilting/sewing, fun and fellowship.

- Registration Required: You may sign up at the KPQG Membership Meeting or call Julie at 765.243.1680.
- Maximum number of students: 20
Registrants for “Four-Patch Posey” class: The pattern is provided. Please bring fabrics as follows: 4 repeats plus 2 yards, 1 1/4 yards for sashing, 1 1/4 yards for sashing, 5/8 yard for binding, and get the backing later. Also, bring a rotary cutter with a new blade, a cutting mat, a 24″ ruler and a 6 1/2″ square ruler, flat head pins, scissors, seam ripper, sewing machine and basic sewing supplies.
Cutting tables, irons and ironing boards are provided for the open-sew and for the workshop.
IWU MASK-SEWING DAY SERVICE PROJECT INVITATION
Indiana Wesleyan University invites you to another Mask-Sewing Day to make 60 masks yet to be completed. This is an IWU service project to help provide masks for the Bon Aire Middle School, Kokomo.
Location: Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU), 1916 East Markland Avenue, Kokomo, IN 46901
Date & Time: Friday, August 28, at 10:00 am – 3:00 pm | We will be social distancing and please bring and wear a face mask (required).
For the service project:

- The pattern for the mask will be provided.
- Bring your sewing machine and basic sewing supplies.
- Some fabric and elastic is available, but it would be great if you can bring more fabric and elastic to use or donate.
NOTE: If you are participating in the KPQG Saturday Open-Sew the next day, you may leave your machine and other sewing items in the room overnight.
